Terms and Conditions for Use of Startup Experience Curriculum

  1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to the Startup Experience entrepreneurship education curriculum ("Curriculum"), the subscribing school ("Subscriber") agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The use of the Curriculum is strictly limited to schools that have an active, fully paid subscription with Startup Experience. Any use of the Curriculum outside the scope of these Terms and Conditions is prohibited.
  2. Subscription and Access
The Curriculum provided by Startup Experience is licensed solely for educational use by the Subscriber during the active term of the subscription. The subscription is non-transferable and non-exclusive, and it grants the Subscriber the right to access and use the Curriculum only for the duration of the subscription period. Access to the Curriculum is provided through an online platform or other means designated by Startup Experience, and the Subscriber is responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of any login credentials provided.
  3. Restrictions on Use
The Subscriber agrees not to reproduce, distribute, share, or create derivative works of the Curriculum in any form or by any means, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, recording, or electronic distribution, without the prior written consent of Startup Experience. The Curriculum and all associated materials are protected by intellectual property laws, and unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of these materials constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. Termination and Cancellation
Upon cancellation or termination of the subscription by either party, the Subscriber must immediately cease all use of the Curriculum. The Subscriber is required to delete all copies of the Curriculum and any related materials from all storage devices, including digital and physical formats, and must not retain any copies, extracts, or derivative works of the Curriculum. The Subscriber further agrees that, following cancellation, they will not use, reference, or integrate any part of the Curriculum or its concepts in any form or for any purpose.
  5. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in the Curriculum and any related materials provided by Startup Experience, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Startup Experience. The Subscriber acknowledges that the Curriculum is licensed, not sold, and no ownership rights are granted to the Subscriber.
  6. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Startup Experience reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Subscriber and will become effective immediately upon such notification. Continued use of the Curriculum after the effective date of any changes will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
  7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of California.
  8. Liability
Startup Experience shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Curriculum. The total liability of Startup Experience for any claims under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Subscriber under the subscription agreement.
